I joined the recruitment industry over 12 years ago as a temp consultant for Lampen. Since then, my experience has spanned a wide variety of industry sectors and many levels of the market, including permanent recruitment, executive lease consulting, business development and general management.

My recent time in the UK recruitment industry has shown me how far ahead New Zealand is in service delivery standards but how far behind we are in the availability of services to support the industry.
